ERP modules

The VERP modules, and what each one does

VERP is one system with nine modules that share the same data. Most businesses start with sales, stock and billing, then switch on accounts, HR and the rest when the team is ready.

Nine modules, one set of data

Each module reads and writes the same products, customers, suppliers and transactions. That is why a sale updates stock, accounts and reports in one step.

Inventory & warehouses

Live stock by location, transfers, reorder levels and stock valuation that update with every transaction.

  • See stock per location, not one total for the whole business.
  • Move stock between locations with a transfer that both sides can see.
  • Set reorder levels so you know what to buy before it runs out.
  • Stock valuation updates as you buy and sell, so the figure is current when you need it.

Sales & quotations

Quotations, sales orders, dispatch and invoices created from the same data, without re-typing.

  • A quotation becomes a sales order, then a dispatch, then an invoice.
  • Customer, product and price details are entered once and carried forward.
  • Your team can see which orders are waiting to be dispatched or billed.

Purchase

Purchase orders, goods receipt and supplier bills that update stock and payables automatically.

  • Raise a purchase order, record what actually arrived, then book the supplier bill.
  • Stock goes up when goods are received, so nobody has to adjust it by hand.
  • What you owe each supplier is updated from the bill.

GST billing

Tax-ready invoices with correct GST, and tax summaries that tie back to every transaction.

  • GST is calculated on the invoice from the product and customer data.
  • Tax summaries are built from the same invoices, so you can trace any figure back to a bill.

Accounts

Receivables, payables, payments and ledgers connected to sales and purchases.

  • Sales create receivables and purchases create payables. You do not post them twice.
  • Record payments against invoices and bills, and the outstanding amounts update.
  • Ledgers come from the same transactions your sales and purchase teams already enter.

HR & attendance

Employee records, attendance and leave in the same system as the rest of the business.

  • Keep employee records in one place.
  • Track attendance and leave alongside your other operations, not in a separate tool.

CRM & leads

Track enquiries and customers from first contact to repeat orders.

  • Log an enquiry when it comes in and follow it up to a quotation.
  • See a customer's history before you call them back.

Reports & dashboards

Sales, stock, outstanding and margin reports available any time, not only at month-end.

  • Sales, stock, outstanding and margin reports read from live data.
  • Because every module shares one database, the reports agree with each other.

Roles & mobile access

Role-based permissions for every user, an activity history, and web plus mobile access.

  • Give each person access only to the screens and actions their role needs.
  • An activity history shows who changed what.
  • Use VERP in a web browser or on Android.

Which modules should you start with?

Start with the work that hurts most today. For most trading and retail businesses that means sales, inventory and GST billing. Once invoices and stock are reliable, turn on accounts so receivables and payables come straight from those transactions. HR, CRM and the wider reports can follow.

Pricing depends on the modules and the number of users you switch on, so starting small also keeps the first quote small. Ask for a quote.
